Prenatal vitamin trouble..

So of course ever since I got pregnant iv been drinking my parental vitamins and of course every time I took it I would feel sick and vomit.. So I kept changing my parental vitamins until I found one the was okay at first, but a week later it started making me sick, I couldn't keep anything down everything was just "ewww" for me.. I even had to go to the hospital twice because I was so dehydrated and losing to much weight.. So its been 3-4 days since I stopped taking them and I've been getting my appetite back, I haven't been feeling as sick is I used to, as every pregnancy you get nauseous here and there, but it not as bad as when I took my vitamins.. I've been eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner something I couldn't do before.. Because I just couldn't even look at food.. And I know taking the vitamin is super important.. But with out I just been feeling a while lot better.. Idk what to do I honestly do want to go back to taking it, cause I do not wanna feeling sick 24/7 and I want to gain my weight back to have a healthy baby, what should I do to get the vitamins I need for my baby and myself but not having to go back to the parentals.. Has anyone had this before? I haven't got in touch with my doctor cause he's been super busy.. But I really want some mommy advice, if anyone could help, that would be amazing 😊 -12 weeks and 4 days pregnant with a little princess
