Obesity n thyroid

I have problem with my thyroid. Not able to reduce weight . Today it's reduces 1ounce n next day it's piled up again . After too much of exercise n diet nothing g works good for me. I don't want to go out for any function as iam unable to fit in the lovely dress code

Rajula, click on My Communities and select +Browse Communities and type Thyroid UK into the search box and join the Thyroid UK community.

We'll need to know your recent thyroid results with the lab ref ranges (the figures in brackets after results) to advise. You can ask your GP receptionist or practice manager for a print out of your results if you don't have them to hand.

It's very difficult to manage weight unless your thyroid levels are optimal.
