AVOIDING CONSTIPATION DURING WEIGHT LOSS REGIME

I am writing this blog because i have heard many people say that they got constipated during the weight loss regime. Even some complained about having anal fissure as they had hard stool pass outs. They were even bound to break their weight loss regime as because anal fissure is a quite painful thing.

People undergo this phase because they try to eat too less, dont drink adequate amount of water as a result the stool gets dry and which is very hard to eliminate. Eating a bowl full of vegetables twice daily prevents constipation as they are generally high in fiber. Try to take fiber rich foods which will keep your stool soft and will also help you to loose weight easily and also in a healthy manner.

  • have 3-4 dry figs(anjeer) soaked in water overnyt first thing in the morning with 1 glass warm water...really helps
