THIS 25 KGS TOOK 4 MONTHS TO LOOSE. (26.02.2012- 05.07.2012)
EACH & EVERY DAY WAS NOT AT ITS BEST. SOME DAYS WERE DISAPPOINTING AS NO REDUCTION OCCURRED THAT DAY. I USED TO CHECK MY WEIGHT TWO TIMES A DAY. THE 1ST ONE WAS AFTER MY MORNING CARDIO; ANOTHER AFTER MY EVENING CARDIO.
THE FIRST MONTH I LOST AROUND 6 KGS. 3 KMS WALK TWO TIMES A DAY.
THE SECOND MONTH MY LOSING WEIGHT DROPPED TO 5 KGS.
THIRD MONTH I STARTED WALKING FOR 30 SECOND & THE NEXT 30 SECONDS RUN AT A MEDIUM PACE. CONTINUED FOR 4 KMS TWICE DAILY. THIS MONTH I LOST 7 KGS.
THE FINAL MONTH I CONTINUED THE SAME CARDIO PLAN AND I LOST 6.5 KGS.
THE REST 500 GRAMS TOOK 5 DAYS MORE AS I STARTED LOOKING TOO THIN, AND DECIDED TO WALK FOR 2 KMS IN THE MORNING & 3 KMS IN THE EVENING.
MY DIET PLAN:
INCLUDED LOTS OF VEGGIES, A WELL BALANCED PROTEIN DIET ACCORDING TO MY WEIGHT. VERY LOW SALT CONSUMPTION, ALMOST NO SUGAR AT ALL. NO AERATED DRINKS, NO ALCOHOL, NO RED MEAT, NO FAST FOOD OR JUNK FOOD, ALMOST 3 LITRES OF WATER A DAY.
CHEST: 44 INCHES (EARLIER)
CHEST: 37 INCHES (NOW)
WAIST: 40.5 INCHES (EARLIER)
WAIST: 30.5 INCHES (NOW)

Those are incredible statistics! Well done. I see you have given good advice based on your experience to others. Many thanks for this and for sharing your diet/experience with others...
FOCUS ON MORE VEGETABLES, DRNK ALMOST 3 LITRES A DAY, TRY TAKING PROTEIN AS 1GM AS PER A KG OF YOUR WEIGHT, EG: IF YOU ARE WEIGHING 60 KGS YOUR PROTEIN INTAKE SHOULD BE 60 GMS A DAY. DONT GO FOR HEAVY MEALS. HAVE 5 MEALS A DAY(SMALL PORTIONS)
