I am 31 , my weight is 70kgs and my height is 5.4. Need to shed weight in get back in shape.. my target is to have 57kgs in two months , I know it's difficult .. but I am getting married in 2months.. so haven't choice left.. plz.help...
I have started up with HIIT beginners for 17minutes everyday..apart from this.. I skip 100 times , I do jumping jacks 100times and bicycle crunches 100times .. and I have also reduced intake of sugar, salt and oily things.. (it's been 3days only)
Any suggestions plz...

It has taken you 31 years to get to where you are now and you are in panic mode. I'd suggest that when the wedding was over, even if you achieved the impossible, you would go back to your old lifestyle.
