I am 5.5", 33 yrs and 70 kgs. I have been trying to lose weight but my weight is just not coming down. I hv been doing exercise regularly, following a diet plan and do not eat junk food at all. I eat 2-3 fruits in a day and hv my last meal at 6 or 6.30. I have even tried Herbalife but that too does not help. My health is all normal. I do not hv sugar, thyroid or any medical issue. Pls guide me. I hv even altered my exercise pattern to jogging but no result. Kindly guide me as to why I am not losing weight. Pls also guide me on how to start losing weight and what is an ideal weight loss per week or 10 days which is considered normal.

Thanks for your reply.I have been using it exactly as u hv mentioned but am still not losinf weight. This product may hv worked wonders but not in my case. Hence am requesting here for better guidance.
I hv completed 6 mths but no difference in my weight at all. II exercise twice in a day. I go for 1 hour walk in the morning and one hour jogging in the eve.
Also I drink Afresh throughout the day. I hv used 3 afresh in one month, 3 F1 POwder and 2 Protien Powder, 1 bottle of Celluloss, one Multivitamin and 1 activated Fibre as recommended to me.But sad to sat no effect of Herbalife on me.
Kindly guide me in detail as to how can I break this weight plateau. Am extremely tired. Have been trying from past 6 mths but am just not losing weight.
Hi Schoksis you are not much weight to reduce. Only 7 to 8 kgs to lose. Please check your herbalife distributor. Please provide them complete you day to day food habits / nature of work (From morning to night) How you drink the water? How you take the foods etc. I believe your goal can be reached through herbalife. (what is your fat percentage?)
there are some weekly habits which you should follow.
24 hours water fasting twice or thrice in a week.(Find Dr. jason fung videos about fasting in youtube.)
4 or 3 days exercise in week. exercise should include strength training and endurance training(lift weights for strength and do cardio or running for endurance)
Do not eat processed food and eat less sugar. don't drink juice or soup(eat fruits and vegetables).
