how to reduce 30 kg in 4-6 months

i am 24 yrs and height is 5'5 and i want to reduce 30 kg . i tried gym and yoga also but i didn't saw any kind of result in my body and i tried lots of weight loss product but didn't saw any result can anybody suggest me how can i reduce these 30 kg as soon as possible .

i am suffering from hypothyroidism but now it cured so in such situation it can be possible for me to reduce fat as soon as possible. plz suggest me effective diet plan that will work and help me drop 30 kg in 4-6 months it is very necessary for me reduce weight help me

Hi, u have not mentioned ur weight, so , pl check ur body mass index to know whether u r in normal/overweight/obese/severely obese category. The only long-term effective way of losing weight is to follow

A strict diet plan and do physical activity like walk for45 mins daily....I would suggest u to meet a dietician at ur place ....get a diet plan...exercise... drink atleast 3 ltrs of water every day......

thanx veggy i would like to know that consulting dietician will be really effective actually i started walk early at 5 am and walk till 6.30 am in the park is that OK. did you reduced weight by counsalting dietitian

Is it possible to reduce 30kgs in 3 - 4 months.

I am 27 n my height is 5'6" n my weight is 90kgs. I am a vegetarian. I want to reduce it to 60kgs. Plz help me in this regards.

I am low in cholesterol, low in insulin, low in vitamins D3, Proteins. I dnt have habits of eating fast food. Doctors say that my weight is due to non eating habits as i dnt feel hungry, dnt drink milk, dnt eat butter cheese etc. now a days i am having a dietary supplement named OBESIGO from Hexagon Nutrition New Zealand Ltd. i tried Herbal Life its good n my weight also reduced by 3kgs in 1st month. Nw m very much fed up need to reduce as soon as possible. bcoz of this weight m getting issues for getting married. I am a 3D interior designer by profession. So guys plz help me need your help.

non eating habits is one of the cause for obesity. follow my blog for the tips. and stop using suppliments. do some exercises like walking, swimming, jogging, cycling, dancing for at least 30 mints daily. preferably early morning. watch the diference.

It was a two way process. ....diet and excercise......I too had temporary

Elevated tsh.....so my dietician kept all the considerations

in mind.planned diet do not lack in nutrition

Doing Yoga, Exercise, Walking will works only 30% to reduce your weight. remaining 70% works when you change your eating habits ie., Nutritional (balanced) food.
