i am 24 yrs and height is 5'5 and i want to reduce 30 kg . i tried gym and yoga also but i didn't saw any kind of result in my body and i tried lots of weight loss product but didn't saw any result can anybody suggest me how can i reduce these 30 kg as soon as possible .

non eating habits is one of the cause for obesity. follow my blog for the tips. and stop using suppliments. do some exercises like walking, swimming, jogging, cycling, dancing for at least 30 mints daily. preferably early morning. watch the diference.
