I m Mukesh, 26, 5.5. My weight is 75 kg. I want to decrease my weight about 6 kg. I m regular gym going person. I m in good shape but I have small fat on my belly n love handles. I want to get lean n riped body. Can someone suggest me diet for getting lean. Also what should I have to avoid to get rid of belly n love handle fat. Note: I don't wanna lose my muscle too.
