I am 5.5", 33 yrs and 70 kgs. I have been trying to lose weight but my weight is just not coming down. I hv been doing exercise regularly, following a diet plan and do not eat junk food at all. I eat 2-3 fruits in a day and hv my last meal at 6 or 6.30. I have even tried Herbalife but that too does not help. My health is all normal. I do not hv sugar, thyroid or any medical issue. Pls guide me. I hv even altered my exercise pattern to jogging but no result. Kindly guide me as to why I am not losing weight. Pls also guide me on how to start losing weight and what is an ideal weight loss per week or 10 days which is considered normal.
