Lots of walking today...

It's Good Friday today so we've spent the morning down in Bournemouth walking along the promenade from Durley Chine all the way to Branksome and back again. I think it's only 1 mile but in the freezing wind this morning it felt like 10miles!! Then in the afternoon we went to Moors Valley park and walked the trail. The kids aren't the only ones to be tired tonight! Lol!

Calories are very high today because we ate lunch at the Harvester but I don't feel too bad as the walking burned off quite a few of them....

I have arthritis in my feet and ankle, also in my hands. I use a mobility scoter to get around, exercise is very difficult for me and because of this I have gained a stone over the past 3 years. I used to swim every day but have had to stop this as the water has been so cold I have gotten cramp and my arthritis has also been aggravated.. I have been unable to find out how I can exercise,
