Up-to-date weight status: 14 stone 11 pounds today.
Weight loss achievements: Started on 1st January 2013 at 15 stone 2.6 pounds, so lost 5.6 pounds so far this year, and lost 1 pound this week. Pleased with that.
I am 6 feet 1 inch tall. Would like to get down to 12 stone 7 pounds (my goal), and have given myself the whole year to try to achieve that!
Goals for coming week: To try to lose another pound. To keep up regular exercise - walking and also going to the gym. Eating healthy food (most of the time!).
Hi all, start of week 6. Now at 81 kilos, down 6 kilos from the start of the program. I have not measured my waist for a few weeks,so today got the tape out, 1 inch less!. Celebrated with a C25k+ speed run on the treadmill.Hope you all have a good week
At the start of the plan I weighed 11st 5lbs. At the start of week 4 I weigh 11st 1ib. I didn't expect great losses at the start because I had been watching the calories prior to joining. 4 lbs and 1 inch from my waist measurement. I am quite happy with that. At my heaviest I was 12st 2lbs.
Hi all, fab to see you all doing so well, life is hectic here still but ive managed to get back on track this week and lose those 3lbs I put back on last week. Now down 6lb in 3weeks and I'm back on track to kick the flab. My waist is now under the unhealthy size measuring 79cm a loss of 2cm and ive lost 1cm on my arms and thighs too! treated myself to having my nails done today as my reward.
Sndkk I struggle with the evenings the most too but I have found that doing exercise in the evening reduces the cravings and reinforces my will power (even 50 stomach crunches) I have some dried fruit and fresh to hand if I do waver though and hot chocolate is much lower in calories but gives you that satisfaction. Options if made by instructions is 44calories a cup
Hope this helps and keep up the good work everyone we are doing well.
I didn't comment on Monday, but I *was* 74.8kg, which was a loss of 300g that week. No food slip ups, but I'd been remiss with activity, so I've dedicated myself to doing more this week. I don't want the weight loss to slow to a crawl!
