Good morning everyone.

I was 14 stone 6.6 pounds last Monday, and today I am 14 stone 6.4 pounds, so I have lost a tiny bit! I have been keeping up with my exercise (walking regularly and also going to the gym most days), but I went out for a Birthday meal last night, and had Birthday cake and a few extra treats, so I am actually quite pleased to have had any loss at all...

This week I am hoping to continue with my exercise and get back on track with healthy eating. I feel quite motivated, so hope I will see some results next week.

Good luck to everyone for your weekly goals. :-)

Hi,

Weight loss is 3lb this week. I'm pleased but have had a mixed week. Was really good until the weekend then had complete blow out. Too much of everything. Although weight loss doesn't appear to show this. Hopefully it won't show next week.

Aim this week is to lose another 3lb. A little high but will take me to my pre Easter weight. Also continue with exercise. Been today and didn't quite get as far as I would of liked due to volume of food eaten yesterday.

Happy healthy eating!

I have lost 8 llb so far but have lost nothing this week, even though I'm sticking to 1200 cals every day. I have bought an excercise bike and a set of 5lb dumb bells, as well as walking the dogs for 40 mins everyday. I'm hoping my new excercise regime will speed up my metabolism and tone me up. I'm 61 years young and plan to grow old disgracefully, lol I'm off to buy a pedometer this morning..

Hi dolliedaze

I don't think you meant to be here, this is a 3 year old thread. I have taken the liberty of copying and pasting your comment into this afternoon's Monday weigh in thread.
