Good morning! I've done ok this week - I now weigh 14 stone 9.4 pounds, and was 14 stone 11 pounds last Monday. The weekend was ok - managed to go for a couple of long walks, and pre-planned my meals so that I didn't go astray with too many weekend treats. I always allow a planned treat on a Friday night, to signal the end of the week, and that helps. Hoping to lose a pound this week. Good luck to everyone! :-)

Good morning,

4lb loss and 3cm from waist.

Calories within or just slightly over 1400 every day.

Gentle exercise achieved every day.

Failing on fruit and veg count managing only 2-3 portions per day so need to rectify that (going to pop some canned fruit minus the syrup, into sugar free jelly as 1 of my 5 And I believe fruit juice counts too so will indulge in a glass of oj).

-75.1kg (300g gain from last week, same weight as 2 weeks ago)

-HOWEVER, down 1.5cm on waist measurement in 2 weeks

-I've usually given up when faced with a potential plateau, but I'm going to power through

-I went to a wedding on Saturday, and it could have been much much worse, but I did end up eating a bacon buttie I had not planned on having. The only alcohol I was was a single sip of champagne to toast the couple, and I have fizzy water for the rest of the night and danced danced danced!

-Starting C25K to hopefully shock my body back into losing the fat :)

End of week 4 and I've lost 2lbs this week. Nothing from my waist but hey ho, hoping I've shaved 1/4mm from everywhere instead!

Weight (lbs): 172 >>> 170

Waist (in): 39.5 >>> 39.5

BMI: 28.62 >>> 28.29

I've intensified my gym workout by running a longer distance, and I've continued with the interval training on the treadmill as well.

Enjoyed not being as strict and finding out what 'bad' things are actually available to me including a 90 cal chocolate mousee I've found at Aldi.

Goal for the coming week is -2lbs.

Hi, weigh in this morning, now 80 kilos at the start of week 7. Lost 7 kilos so far. Goal for the week lose 1 kilo and say goodbye to the eighties :)

Hi I started 3 week ago ,I lost 3lb the first week , nothing the 2nd week and 1ib last week. I am pleased with myself and hope I hope to continue to lose weight, about 1-2ib a week.

I got my friend to try this diet and she started last week and she lost 5lb , I wish her and all of you good luck x

well this is week 9. i have not been as good this week, but was surprised to have lost another 2lb. so that is 1 and half stone in total.

this week is going ok so far, so a bit more exercise is needed and to relax a bit more about it.

Hi all, have not do so good the last two weeks. Not kept track of what I'm eating or excercising every day. Ate a bit of chocolate but not excessive. Didn't even enjoy eating it!! Not lost any more weight but not gained either. BACK ON TRACK - restarted excercise routine this week. Even got the excercise ball out of the attic and bought a book with excercise plans to use with it. Hopefully will see some wieght loss in next couples of weeks. Have lost half a stone since starting just over a month ago so pleased. Would love to lose another stone before the summer though. Glad to hear so many of you staying positives and determined.!

well I have been doing this diet now for about 10 weeks. I have been doing so well. I weighed in again on Monday and even though I thought I hadn't been that good. especially as I had a small slice of cake on Sunday. it was made by my son for mother's day. well I was very pleased to have lost 4lb. so that is 25lb so far and only 3lb off my target weight loss. I am being good this week but it is also my ladies week.
