At my weigh in today nearly fell off the scales in shock, 83 kilos. 2 kilos down from last week. Have managed to keep the calories down to around 1400 ish, and have increased the exercise. Hope I can stay on track this week 1 kilo away from dropping under 13st, A few years since I could say that!. Have a good week all.

Well done.
I can't help but wonder, when you started, did you really believe you would be able to shift any of the 'excess' weight?
To be honest, I'm not at all sure that I did!
So well done too in overcoming the doubts that most people have about will it really make any difference.
Just keep on riding that weight loss bus.

Thanks Doikosp, I have tried before to lose the weight before with only small amounts of weight loss,and did start to doubt if I would ever get rid of it. Still it's early days. Hows your journey been so far?.
