So i started Week 4 this week.. The healthy eating is fine and i don't ever go off track during the week which is really good for me.. But i had a slip up of wine and a takeaway!! at the weekend which i am really beating myself up about, my target for the end of last week was to be 10st 10lbs which i had reached and was really proud of myself then after eating badly at the weekend, Monday i had put 11/2lbs on which isn't too bad but at this point i DO NOT want to go up! but at least i know that i wont do that again!! made me far more motivated this week and i will be continuing with my daily exercise.
Hope everyone is having a great week!

Hi Steph, I've had slip-ups like that too, but I make sure only to weigh myself once a week. It's easy to get dispirited by the little gain you've just seen, but in reality if you're sticking to your healthy plans all the time, it will all even out. Hopefully by the end of the week you will see a loss. Hope you can stick to your plans this week, and maybe use this as motivation to do all the exercise you plan to do, and good luck for your next weigh in
Son and daughters birthdays coming up. Daughter is already making the most amazing cheese cake in the world. (Flap jack defrosting Ruth!)
How about popping a mini bottle of wine or a can of ready mixed G&T in the fridge for the next time your having a romantic night in? That way you know that you'll be having under 100 cals for the G&T and about 120 for the wine. And you'll not be tempted to have more.
Agree with Ruth that you should try to weigh only once a week. Easier said than done! I do find it amazing how easily weight can be put on after a slip up. Shame the same doesn't happen the other way round. Then we would all be happy bunnies
