Good morning everyone and welcome to Monday weigh in.............hope you have all been good and have done really well this week......don't worry if you haven't you can pick yourself up and get back on the plan.

I thought I would have lost a little more this week but only 2lbs...so 9lbs in total over 4 weeks on the 12 week plan...but I isn't always weight that you lose....At the start I decided to measure myself...to my surprise this morning...I have lost 3 inch from my bust, 4.5 inch from my waist, 4.5 inch from my hips, 1.5 inches from my Thighs and 0.5 inches off the top of my arms...I couldn't believe it...

So even if you don't think that the weight is coming off as quick as you would like...please don't despair.....I am over the moon and it has given me the motivation to carry on and have a brilliant week 5...Good luck everyone and keep up the good work

I have also invested in a calorie counting book...I was amazed at some of the amount of calories in some of the food!!!!

2 lbs seems good, I think those who have masses to lose and make the biggest changes, loss more at the start!

Congratulations. Have you got into a smaller size in clothes now? 4 1/2 inches sounds incredible.

That is EXACTLY where you should - 2 lbs a week is a good healthy sustainable amount to lose and you SHOULD be over the moon - its great!

I assume you don't have a smartphone or don't want top use the Myfitnesspal app? And yes its amazing what happens when we lose focus on calories in food - they just seem to multiply!

HI Dave

I find it difficult to use the Myfitnesspal app...I have to keep trying to find the calories as they don't come up immediately...that's why I went out and bought the calorie counter book...thanks for the info and the motivation its great to hear from you all....
