Hi Urssay yes i am going to have a go at it to next week,have you spoke to your doctor about what exercise you can do cos of your knew?

Urssy, if you have a look on the internet you can probably find some exercises that you can do with a bad knee, you will have to use your own judgement if you think you are up to it. It must be difficult exercising with a bad knee as everything involved your legs. Are you seeing a physiotherapist ?
Let us know how you are going on with the programme. I've decided not to do it as I would find it hard and do find it hard to eat 5 a day as I don't like fruit and also doing the 150 minutes of exercise a week.(because I'm lazy) I will do my best to loosely follow it as in do as much exercise as I can and eat more veg etc but I wont be sticking to it strictly.
I find it very difficult to get motivated where exercise is concerned and I have a slipped disc in my back so I'm restricted to what exercise I can do as you will be Urssy.
The Strength and Flex workout plan doesn't involve running and can be done indoors (mercifully!)

I will defiantly try the exercises.
One more day and then I will start. Have put the time table for next week up on the kitchen cupboard door and have brought some food in the shopping.

Oh as for knee I have a torn cartridge which may need a op this year. So I have stood weeks and bad weeks.
When it's good I do walking and using weights (arms) have had to give up cycling as getting to painful. Have put name down for a new water Zumba class next tue, so I'm hopping being in the water will be good.
