I very much know that feeling of beating yourself up about having no willpower, but it's not productive, is it? You have a goal in mind. You will get support here. You can harness your knowledge with all the ideas and information on here. You can plan the changes you want to make and take it a step at a time. And, as you say, you can offer your support to the rest of us: we'll welcome that
Yes, it is time for change. You know what they say, no change, no change. Feeling rubbish about myself has become pretty ingrained but as you say, it isn't going to get me anywhere. Baby steps to alter that mind set. Thank you 🙂
