Have a great day everyone. Can anyone point me in the right direction and send a link to where I should really be posting about the weekly weigh ins? Thank you ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

After clicking on 'Home' you'll see it under 'Events' on the right hand side as you scroll down.

Good morning Liver-girl and well done on braving the scales.

If you refer back to the Newbie Club information you were given when you first joined, which also appears to the right of the Home Screen, all the links are there

The FAQs are also useful healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

I can't seem to see that on my mobile? Try on my laptop at home later, thank you xx

If using the HU App, I believe a lot of features are missing. If surfing using a mobby then most things are found by scrolling to the bottom. Hope that helps.

Thank you, I am using the HU app so that could be the issue. I will have a better look tonight on my laptop xx

Welcome! The worst bit is over and you now know where you are starting from! Now forget it! And start following the programme, work out your daily calorie allowance from the nhs bmi site and donโ€™t be tempted to starve yourself! Set achievable targets but donโ€™t beat yourself up if it doesnโ€™t go entirely to plan! Life is like that and sometimes itโ€™s better to eat that chocolate than be up for manslaughter! Itโ€™s a long process to undo all the bad food habits and replace them with good ones - and also appreciate that this isnโ€™t gong to be a life of lettuce and boiled fish! There are lovely foods out there just waiting for you.

Good luck!

Thank you! Never done calorie counting before but I do think it will fit into my hectic lifestyle better. Did the BMI thing this morning - 33.4, officially obese. Oh well. Starting logging breakfast from this morning so let's see how it goes. I'm keeping everything crossed. Just want 1-2lbs a week loss so just knuckling down xx

Did you check your calorie allowance while you were there? It usually gives a range and you can start towards the top and still lose weight steadily! The range also gives you somewhere to drop down to if you get stuck! I was losing half a pound a week, not very tall, slight build, not much to lose but it still took me over 3 months when in the past I have expected to knock those extra pounds off in 2-3 weeks! You will find loads of support here - really useful information and motivation but also a place to come to when you need a moan or to celebrate.
