Hi Cracker10

The food is BRILLIANT as it's fatty and juicy and yummy so I'm not hungry which is important as I LOVE my food. However to do it properly be ready for some hard work (like every diet) it took me a week of looking through the menu, creating a weekly meal plan of breakfast, lunch and dinner and then writing a shopping list for the week and then shopping and prep. The first week was hard to cook the meals only because I cooked for kids seperately so bit of juggling but the food is delicious. The following weeks you create a system and it's fine. Just one thing if you are following Keto diet. You need to have your last meal (dinner) by 6pm and fast for 16 hours so basically dinner 6pm and breakfast 10am; but we can drink water all the time. Bit tough without my morning coffee but just keep busy till 10am. A few headaches too from as I think my body is in panick mode without sugar, lol. Now finishing my second week and Keto is a system I can stick to. Taken me 2 years to find a diet that works! It's good cause you can either have smaller meals so basically split your lunch into 2 and that way not hungry.
