I haven't been here in a very long time. Here's a little bit about myself. I'm starting my weight loss journey to a healthier me. I need to lose 50 pounds, my BMI is at 32 and I'm obese. I’m slowly starting to build myself a diet plan & fitness routine that will work for me. I eat a healthy balance of meat, carbs, fat, veggies & fruit.
As for fitness, I'm slowly finding getting into a working out. I just need to find what works for me now. I want to be accountable for my journey. Looking forward to meeting new friends and take this journey together and encourage each other. 😀
