I am feeling very nervous about starting on this journey as i need to find the positivity to ensure is doesn't end in another failed attempt!!!!

To start with take a look at the pinned posts on the right hand side of the screen (I think they are at the bottom if you are on a mobile) You will find a very useful post for newbies and also challenges you can join in with.

It really helps to join in on the forum as there is always someone around to support, sympathise or share information. It takes determination from you of course to stick with the healthy eating and calorie counting but the support that comes from this forum, even just knowing it is here to help, is worth it's weight in gold! It can help you to keep going!

Thank you all. I am also new to this forum thing - I don't use any social media as it all scares me so am taking two big steps!!!! Have done well on day one though which feels good - one day at a time 😁
