Pumpouts vs Workouts?

When I work out - I normally do not take a break between each exercise until I finish my full set. 20 sit ups, 20 push ups, 10 Arm Curls with 25 pounds each arm, 10 Over the head presses with 25 pounds each arm and 50 jumping jacks. Then I repeat this again one more time. When you are finished your PUMPED! I am not sure what they call this Hence the title, but it is my style. It builds amazing strength, gets your metabolism going - builds energy for the day and puts a little jump in your step. Anyone else motivated to try this technique or know the correct term for it?
