I have lost 2.2 pounds but it's not enough for me I need to loose 3.5kg I want to get back to 55kgs.
I try to eat healthily everyday.

Are you very tiny anyway as 55kg is quite low ? I am 5ft 1 and at around 60kg I would look fantastic . I got down to 62kg last year and I had a crazy flat stomach and my legs were toned . I did this mainly with 3x a week Zumba , swimming , walking , mad 10k runs and just 3 meals a day , no snacks . It absolutely worked until I went on holiday 3 times in a few months thus the regime went to pot and I also embarked on a stressful new job .
As I get older - now 64 I feel 55kg wouldn't work for me as my skin would sag especially around my face . I have friends who have slimmed down and what I would rudely call skinny made them look terrible and our group are honest . One spent on face contouring and then liposuction entering a world we wouldn't touch . I acknowledge this is primarily a weight loss discussion group but from my personal experience and that of others you can go too far . However I do respect your personal goals .
I am 5ft 3 inches but I had a flat stomach and thin size 12 but want to be the same again.How I used to be.
