Next week its Easter weekend not good for me all that lovely chocolate that's my downfall..I think I'll lock myself away 🤣

it’s the hot cross buns for me, especially when they are on a 2 for 1 price (or some such)… as I fall for the sales promo every time

Hi AJ, if you think about it there’s always loads of chocolate in the shops -the trick is to leave it there :D . Now my boys are grown up we don’t bother with easter eggs at all -I don’t care for the kind of chocolate they’re made of anyhow. But if you really can’t resist, check the calories and carbs and decide if you want to use your allowance on that, or something else -a little treat is fine from time to time.
