I have to be honest and say that i have no idea about macro ratios for fitness, maybe using a search engine on the internet could help. Alternatively we do have a Fit is Fun post and someone on their may be able to advise

Macros are very individual and depend on your fitness goals.
I’ve found two people online to be really helpful with this: Lyle McDonald, and Dr Gabrielle Lyon.
Right now, one of my main goals is to build muscle and I have a daily protein target of 140g per day, which I track on the My Fitness Pal app.
