I come from a family of women with a lot of boobage and we think it’s because your body is getting smaller and so the boobs look bigger even though they’re probably not, they will get smaller but not until later xx

I don't know the answer to that, Emily, as that seems to be one of the first places I lose it! But I'm sure there's somebody here who has had a similar experience 😊 I like to think it would even out eventually, but I'm really not sure. Hope someone can help you 😊

I have had the same problem in the past and you wil find that as you go down in the back size in bras to have the same cup size as previous you need to go up a size. If you want to find out what size you truely are try going to a Bravisamo/ Pepperberry store as they do clothes for the ample busted lady. Hope this info helps :)

Gravity is having far less of an affect so everything is a bit more perky. Definitely get your bras refitted because if your still in the same bras, this is not going to help your boobs or your confidence. As leepfairy has suggested, bravissimo is excellent and they have proper fitting guides on their website so you can check to see if what you have is correctly fitted. Weight loss is always going to be more than just slimming down. Your body needs to take a bit of time to figure itself out but don't worry; it will.

I’m with the others and go and get fitted. My local bravissimo is brilliant. i find that it’s the back size that goes down to start with and I agree with jools that cup size goes down eventually. My new bras have given me quite a different shape......but I call it ‘rockin the Marilyn look’ as I can see my waist returning 😃

Unfortunately we can’t choose where to loose fat - I’m pretty much the same 😕 My hips are 10” smaller, waist 8” , but boobs only about 4-5” smaller. (But they look bigger!!) Have you tried a minimiser bra?

Take comfort from feeling healthier and fitter, these are far more important 😊

I'm the opposite. Smaller boobs, and around the neck line, but can't seem to shift it from the middle. So long as it is coming off somewhere I am happy. ;)

Give yourself and your body time, and eventually you will be nearer to what you want to be. Though I am not sure about a size 8. Isn't that a tad on the skinny side?

Size 8 isn’t too skinny, depending on ur height and frame. I was a size 8 when I was 18 and still had a bit of a “pouch” on my lower belly. I was 125 pounds. Totally healthy weight for a 5’5” female. So it really depends on height and frame. Just saying.

I must admit that my bust is the last bit to lose inches and it’s going much more slowly than anywhere else. It took 10 months of weightloss before I lost any off my bust but I’ve now lost 2 inches. I have however lost 9 inches off my waist and 14 inches from my hips.

Some of us as meant to have big boobs . 🙂
