I have plateaued at 75kg for the last 4 years. I am at a BMI of 27. I would like to lose 10kg but I feel like I constantly go off track with my eating. I am really good at being disciplined with my exercise but I feel like all the rest falls apart really quickly.

I have tried all diets out there just to lose 3kg and then put it back on again when I over-eat healthy things.

I also feel like my partner doesn't respect me because of my bodyshape and I feel insecure about the way I look. Any tips please?

Welcome back Runningtoloseweight, I suggest that you try to become more inolved with our forum. Our Daily Diary is great for planning meals and sticking to plan. Your partner should not disrespect you your body shape he should encourage you towards health.You say your BMI 27 not exactly that overweight

Today a chicken wrap for lunch from McDonald's which I try not to eat too often

then the evening I just had some soup tomato soup and weight watchers and a cheese and tomato toasty
