I have plateaued at 75kg for the last 4 years. I am at a BMI of 27. I would like to lose 10kg but I feel like I constantly go off track with my eating. I am really good at being disciplined with my exercise but I feel like all the rest falls apart really quickly.
I have tried all diets out there just to lose 3kg and then put it back on again when I over-eat healthy things.
I also feel like my partner doesn't respect me because of my bodyshape and I feel insecure about the way I look. Any tips please?
