Hi Sharmiaian350 and welcome to our forum. You come to the right place for help, advice and support to lose weight. Our forum is like a big happy family that gets right behind each other and the more you participate the more you get out of it.

You will find all our regular weekly and monthly posts there. They are hosted by forum members who are or have been on a weight loss journey themselves. I would suggest, as a minimum, that you join in with the Daily Diary (where we share our meal plans and how are days are going, plus exercise plans), and the Weigh In (where we log our weight each week) you can choose what day is best for you to join in but i would suggest you stick with the same day each week as you will get to know everyone else on that day.
We have other things going on, just look down the list of pinned posts, have a look at them and join in if you fancy it

Hi Sharmian350 great to have you here and as springersrule says this is a great place to be with so much support and encouragement. We often run challenges too to help and try and encourage you to lose some pesky pounds. Another one has started today so feel free to come on over and join in and meet lots of lovely people. These challenges are short term ones and not intended to replace the weigh days that we are in. So when you are ready come on over

It isn’t only shedding the weight but keeping it off . Drastic crash diets can’t be maintained. Think regular exercise. Zumba is fantastic for maintaining and I try and just eat 3 decent meals on a basic 400 , 400 and 600 meal plan . Obviously watch macros .
