Move down to the Topics, to find a variety of threads, collated into specific topics for ease of access and we ask that you also 'file' your own threads, so that others won't miss your important news
Have a look at the NHS 12 week plan, as many people have had success with it. Don't forget to take your starting measurements and a 'before' picture, as they can be very motivating on days that the scales refuse to co-operate
The majority of our daily weigh-in's are now full, but we still have spaces in Thursday's and Saturday's and you'd be very welcome to join either. The threads can always be found in the Events section, to the right of the home page, bottom on a mobile.
We've found that to get the best out of this community, we need to be active on the forum, as it's where we exchange information, get motivation and inspiration and make friends. We hope that you'll join us here, regularly, too

Your defiantly in the right place I have struggled to lose weight so desperate last year in August searching the web for help not sure what or who but that's when I came across this forum it's the best thing I could have done support understanding encourgment no one judging you even when It goes wrong some days so you will succeed positive mind will be a rewarding one and when the pounds start to come off you will be so determined first few weeks I found the hardest getting in to a routine but once that happens you will just get on with it you can do this .Today I collected my 4 stone badge and I'm really going to work for my 5 stone badge as I know this is going to be the hardest so you too will be achieving and letting us all know how well your doing good luck 😄😄😄😄😄

Today was not much of a good day I just over ate.
But tomorrow I will be on the plan
It will take a little time and lots of resitivity for food
Actually I am foodie and I relate to food with all my moods.

Hey ary88 don't worry we are all on the same side of the road. Yesterday even I didn't feel good so I connected back to over eating. But today I decided that is not going to help me . We need to decide what is hard
1. To loose weight
Or
2 . To stay fat.
I beilive we should be going with th part that to loose weight is easier !
You will be strong ! Just believe your self
Believing in ur self is like half the weight loss journey. !
So let's just fight it with all aur might anyways we people are only going to loose one thing and that is FATS! We are having just FATS to loose ! And prove to the rest of the world that we have it us

thanks Sami, you are right about sticking to our plan cal control,*plus daily exercise is easier than staying same or increasing, so far ok decided no food after 6pm, I wanted to get out for walk, feel rotten, ?flu, drinking plenty, highlight tonight celeb big brother, let it shine..im bored hopefully feel better so I can get out, just resting.
