I am looking forward to seeing what being part of this 12 week program can do for me. I am 55 with a host of health problems and I also seem to pick up any virus etc that’s going. I stopped smoking 3 months ago after 42 years of 20 - 30 per day. I have to admit it has been much easier than I ever expected it to be but I have put on a lot of weight which is doing nothing for my self confidence and more importantly the joints in my legs, I already have debilitating pain and problems with these and other areas of my body plus acute asthma so really do need to loose weight, I am not able to do much exercise, but I try as much as my conditions allow. I sound a real wreck on paper, lol, but I do not look or feel 55 so would now like a body and a level of fitness to match.

Congratulations on stopping smoking! It might not feel like it now, but that's going to have a massive positive impact on your health over the long term.

As for the 12-week plan ... I'll withhold comment on that until after you've tried it :)

Welcome to this forum. One of the administrators will reply to you in the morning and give you a lot of really good information. As someone has already said, stopping smoking is the most important thing you could have done for your long-term health and as time goes by, you will feel the benefit of that. I wish you the very best on your weight-loss journey.
