Hi, I have just downloaded the 12 week diet plan so will be starting tomorrow. How often do you weigh yourself - is it same time and day weekly or do you do it every day at same time?

Hi, welcome! Lots of people weigh in on Mondays - so your timing is brilliant. Best wishes for the coming week.

Yup. If you do it daily you see all the variations and some will be up and not encouraging. Weekly is plenty and I do it early as I am at my emptiest.

Sunday mornings on the WiiFit as it gives BMI as well as weight.
