Well done! It does work if you stick to it,I lost 3 this week which has really boosted me. I also have a lot of pain which I compensate with food. So this has made m feel it will work even when I am unable to exercise as much as I would like. Good luck with week 2. With summer coming it will help how we feel to, like you a few stone to go!
Of course you will get there for a start the helpful comments will inspire you , never give up hope . My goal was to lose weight for my sons wedding in August and I bought my dress the other day and kept having to try on smaller sizes which boosted my confidence and remember not to rely solely on scales as you will be losing inches too . Good luck .
