I started my weight loss in December 2018. I weighed 16st 12lbs
It was a shock so I stopped drinking alcohol, started watching what I eat and exercising. It’s been a slow journey with some long pauses but I’m back up and running now.
Just about to finish c25k (again)
I do 2 strength workouts a week.

And hiking when I have time
I do count calories but try to stay away from
Sugar and processed foods and keep meat to a minimum.
I now weigh 13st 12lbs as of today (post holiday)
I would love to be in a healthy weight range by January so that would be under 11 stone for me at 5ft 6
I would also love to meet some people on a similar journey.
