i can't do anymore exercise so any ideas on what time to eatwould be great

i work early morning and late evening and have allday off to sleep

Hi, that's difficult to say without some idea of what your weight loss plan is. I suggest you join the daily diary, post your meal plan for each day and chat with others about their choices.

Without knowing what yiu're eating or what type of exersise you're doing it's very hard to help as tbey are the most important factors to weight loss.

I am walking and cycling and I have a physical job I am eating fruit veggies and one meal a day

I wouls suggest that fruit may not be helping if it is of the sweeter variety and that walking is not the best use of your time and that some sort of resistance exersis would be more effective in building up muscle mass which stoges glycogen so that there is less a ailable for the liver to turn into fat. With the cycling, if you go for shorteer, more intense rides rather than long gentle rides tbat might help.

When I say walking I mean that is my mode of transportation to and from work as there's no public transportation and I don't feel safe cycling

I have worked as a children's cycling instructor and my advice is to claim your space on the road and try not to be intimidated by cars. The most difficult thing for a driver to deal with is a nervous or erratic cyclist so , if you haven't already done so, go on a safe cycling course. Having said that there are some roads and times of day when even I avoid cycling.

Hi Fatgorrilla,

I can't exercise more than I do either so, I know you can loose weight without increasing activity. What food plan are you doing apart from OMAD and fruit and veggies? Do you use the later to top up your one meal?

I use the fruit and veggies to keep me going throughout the day as I tend to eat my meal before my evening job but need something before my morning job I am 1.4kg away from my target weight and I want to get there before my appointment on the 26th July

Aw, that is fantastic being so close to your target! Are you low carb at all? If not, that could help to loose that last 1.4kg.

I try to cut out carbs but I will make the extra effort to cut back more this week I need this weight off me
