You need to log your weight on the weigh-in thread, Nayshiftin :)

Like the tortoise slowly slowly you will get there, just think of that feeling of achievement you will feel, stay with it and good luck all the way xx

I give up then I asked before and obviously don't understand this site whatsoever

I expect you're using a mobile, finding the weigh-in thread and then clicking on 'write a post'. Don't do that, because then you're starting your own thread, on the open forum. If you have to write a title, you're not joining someone else's thread.

Scroll down to the bottom of the thread, reading the posts and responding to some of them, when you get to the bottom, write your entry under Reply, where is says, leave a comment......

I hope this helps :)

Hi Nayshiftin-1

Can I help you? What is it you don't understand? I know these things can feel intimidating when you're new and everyone else seems to be well in the swing of things.

Hey there

Everyday has it's own weigh in. Choose the day that suits you best and pop by on that day and say hello. I started just by putting my weight for the day, then the following week reported in on my progress.

If you go to the site's home page (healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... you'll see pinned posts and events on the right hand side, the weigh in and diary are usually found there. If you click on your name/pic you can go to the news feed which like other social media apps lists posts in the order in which they've appeared

People here are really encouraging and full of stuff that's worked for them. If you can, take a little time to look at stuff like the daily diary, lots of people post there and it's a great place to pick up ideas and 'meet' people.

Give it a go and feel free to shout should you need any help from a friendly face. I'm around during Friday-Sunday during the day and Mon- Wed evenings.

Hope that helps :)

Oh dear. Did you possibly click on the Write a Post button rather than replying to a thread? I fell for that one :)

Shall we have a practice together?

Go to the home page healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... and click on the Daily Diary for Saturday 20th May, you'll find that on the right hand side of your screen in the Events box, you might need to scroll down a little to see it. Reply to the original post in there with a 'testing' message and I'll respond :)
