You will find a very supportive community of members here who share their successes with other members, and it's also a place where you can get encouragement in the times when your weight loss plans are not going so well (we all have those times).

The pinned posts include links to the Daily Diary, where people share their menu and any exercise plans for the day, and can give you great ideas for how to approach your own journey.
It also includes a link to the Weekly Weigh In, where members share how they are doing, and where you can earn weight loss badges.
we find these two groups can provide great support and so encourage success.
There are lots of other groups you can join within the weigh loss support forum to get ideas on recipes and exercise for example, and there are also the Welcome Newbies and FAQ posts to guide you around the site.
Remember you are amongst people on a similar journey to yourself here, so don't be afraid to ask questions, or seek support if you need it.

And the best tip is, as Grigid says, to get involved with forum life: join the weigh in today (or tomorrow, if you haven't weighed yourself this morning): use the plan above to plan your meals and start sharing them on the daily diary.
