Hi,

I am looking to loose about 4 stone, what advice can u all give me please

Hi and welcome Tazo firstly can I say remove that 4 stone from your mind and aim for 7lb targets ;) and they will soon add up :) Many people on here have lost more than 4 stone using the NHS 12 week plan :) This and all the other information can be found in the Mewbie Club :)

Don’t eat so much crap eat more good stuff, move your body more and drink loads of water - crack that and it will melt off - hardest thing is putting your trainers on and not opening the fridge - oh and ditch alcohol your body doesn’t need it and compared to what are ancestors had to put up with we hardly have any stress and drinking doesn’t relieve it anyway ! Good luck

Journal all foods know it takes long time to learn to eat healthy and lose it right or it will come back as they say if you don’t learn from you will keep repeating it over and over
