Hello everybody
You were all so very helpful and kind to me on my first forum post it really set me up. I have cut out most junk, sugar, crisps, biscuits, etc and am trying to up my water intake. I walk briskly for half an hour every day.
Let's see at the end of my dieting week if i have lost any weight or not. My diet is certainly different. I will only weigh myself once a week or I'll go mad (-der)! I weigh myself naked first thing as i get up.

Don't be nervous, the number on the scales isn't the goal, your health is and the changes you've made to your lifestyle will definitely be improving your health and well-being
Now that's a good way to look at it. Especially if I don't lose. I'm going to write that down.
