So far, so good...

So it's day 3 and I am feeling fab!!

My only struggle is that I'm going to have chicken and vegetables for my dinner tonight. I hate dry chicken! Does anyone have any suggestions on how to cook to make it taste better or any healthy seasoning I could try?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks, Beth x x
