When I started last Monday (7th Jan), I weighed 11st 5lbs and the plan suggested I lose 6lbs. I weighed myself this morning and am now 11st 1 1/2lbs. Beginners luck maybe but I'm well pleased. I do intend losing 8lbs altogether, then the battle to stay there begins. I'd like to lose 2 inches off my waistline, then I'll be really happy. I know it's not a big target but it'll make me feel better. So far, so good.
