Meals do not have to be specifically 'breakfast', you can break your fast with any vegan meal.

I think I've answered this question before but I have a protein smoothie shake for breakfast and have tried other things like avocado smoothie bowl, tofu or mushrooms on toast, buckwheat bowl, yoghurt with fruit and seeds and so on. I'm sure most/all could be under your required calorie amount.
My partner is a vegan and eats Alpro soya yoghurt with berries, sugar free granola and chia seeds - think it's about 350kcals.
2 weetabix with 250ml oatmilk and one banana is around 325
I love ryvita with marmite, peanut butter, vegan cream cheese, avocado… in any combination! Have you tried vegan scramble?
I like non breakfasts things too. Leftover lentils is another favourite.
I’m with moreless, breakfast can be anything you wish, and I try to use lots of vegetables . . . Courgettes, spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes are regular occurrences in my breakfasts, but leeks, onions and peppers also feature. For protein, there’s no reason why nuts, beans or lentils couldn’t be eaten at breakfast

Here's my usual breakfast:
2 Morrisons vegan sausages 150 cals, ryetoast 120 cals, 4 Mushrooms 13 cals 2 tomatoes 22 cals, 30g spinach 7 cals
All adds up to 312 cals 👍
I enjoy Weetabix mini's fruit & nut 80 grms are kcal 300 you could have this with almond milk. Maybe it is something you have had in the past sorry if it is.
