Need some help!

Hello everyone! Hope everyone is having a lovely Saturday! So today I purchased a nutri bullet for myself to try and eat more smoothies and healthy blended food! But I'm stuck with what to put in! Can anyone advise me on some no fat recipes that are tasty as well as nutritious? Thank you!!!!

I don't have smoothies so sorry I'm not much help, but if you have a look at the Daily Diary in Events and ask the members there you should get a good reply as lots of them have smoothies for breakfast.

I am like YellowRose55 I don't do smoothies - but others on here do :)

You will see some lovely ideas on the Daily Diary and I am sure those that have smoothies will post soon x x

Move down to the Topics, to find a variety of threads, collated into specific topics for ease of access and we ask that you also 'file' your own threads, so that others won't miss your important news.

To the right of the HOME page (bottom on a mobile), you'll find Events. In there, you'll find links to our daily Weigh-in's (you will choose just one day per week), our Daily Diary, where we post our menu and exercise plans, for accountability, advice and support - which is great to get ideas of what other people are eating and I have to confess to nicking some of their menu's and our “What's happening today” thread, where we pop in for a chat.

Google nutri bullet recipes and you will find lots :) Just watch the calorie count though.

I put Kale spinach pea shoots pineapple and a little raw ginger in it, and a whole lemon, it makes quite a spicy drink but it makes your body alkaline and the ginger has a thermogenic effect that helps with weight loss.If your looking for something sweeter, raspberries pineapple juice black currant and maybe a few strawberries.Hope that helps a little.All the best.

Your welcome, if your making fruit smoothies and you want to thicken them up you can add a little oatmeal and with the nutribullet it's ok to use frozen fruit it's more convenient, but if you really want a good flavour fresh is always best and better for vitamins I find.Hope you enjoy them good luck .
