Devilled topping for baked fish.

You will need to increase or decrease quantities depending how many people you are feeding.

Serves 2.

3 - 4 tablespoons fresh breadcrumbs.

1/2 small'ish onion, finely chopped.

A knob of butter, softened.

1 teaspoon curry paste.

Scant teaspoon wholegrain mustard.

A dash of Worcestershire sauce.

Mix ingredients together in a bowl. Spread the mixture on raw cod or haddock fillets and bake on 200c/gas mark 6 for 20 minutes.

I don't know how this would work with oily fish such as mackerel or tuna steaks but it's not suitable for delicately flavoured fish, such as plaice.
