Sounds yummy but I will let you have all of it s I can't eat dairy. I was trying to google out a sub but was very unlucky! Enjoy it!

Goats or sheeps yoghurt is just as yummy if you can't stomach dairy! I'd steer clear of soy-based alternatives though- too many hormones!

Just thinking what I could add instead of honey...

I do a copped fruit topping on Greek yoghurt and finish with passion fruit. It looks amazin and tastes dilish.

Ooooo I love passion fruit! Sweet berries would be nice at the bottom wouldn't they? Or... crushed pineapple at bottom and passion fruit on top!!

Thanks ladies will add these bits to shopping list! 😊

The pineapple sounds amazing. I once used just mango with the yoghurt- sooo good!

Ascis you could use maple syrup instead of honey.

That would be even tastier my palette but am off the sugar! 😕

I thought maple syrup is healthier than sugar and therefore is allowed?

I have assumed it isn't but I don't know for sure. Will double check tomorrow! ☺

One of my favorites also.

Unfortunately folks I am afraid sugar is sugar in whatever form you get it be it honey, syrup or maple syrup. I have just discovered some very low calorie, high protein 'syrups' 100ml for around 7 calories from MuscleFood. I have just bought the Maple Syrup one and the Butterscotch one and they are great (at least I think they are)
