🐠 Entry for the Fish Off 😀

I know "Fish Curry" doesn't sound like the most appealing curry in the world but it's honestly so coconutty and tasty!

It's super easy to make, super tasty, reasonably cheap, nutritious and almost mess-free!

I add a touch more of the flavours than called for in the recipe and the lime really ties it all together beautifully (so if you try it don't skip the lime, and add ingredients to taste).

It's a must-try in my opinion.. If you like the sound of the flavours, you'll love it 😀

This looks brilliant MintTea - so easy and looks very tasty. Also - fish in a sauce and no dairy which is a big plus for me. I would add lots of ginger and some separate spices as I don't eat cinnamon or chilli. Thanks for posting, I shall try it soon!

What a coincidence I was just looking for a fish curry and I love coconut milk so that looks just the job. Thanks MintTeaMascara.

Of course I'll mess with it a bit, using garlic/ginger paste and probably basa fillet though I might lash out and get some fish pie mix. I've got some bits of green and red pepper that won't last for long so maybe they can go in too.

My wife does a salmon fillet in a spicy coconut sauce on a bed of Thai jasmine rice. It's wonderful. I'm sure happyman will know it.

I'm not the most adventurous when it comes to cooking.. I pretty much stick to recipes, making the odd tweaks. Fresh ginger sounds lovely.

Thanks for tip... I am going to try as I do eat fish and sort of getting a bit fed up of the usual salad or stir fry/mushrooms with it! I don't really like 'cooking' so the fact you say it's simple and quick I will hopefully have an alternative for my fish dishes!
