Crystals for weight loss

Hi I was just wondering if any one on here had ever tried using crystals to help with weight loss?

I use healing crystals along with reiki for me and my dogs. Something else i usually stash in my bra (the crystals not the dogs) 😂😂.

I've never thought to use them for weight loss. I'll have to look into that 😊

Glad to hear you don't stash the dogs in your bra, although it would look very odd. 🤣🤣

I use crystals for wellbeing and when Ziggy, our old dog was poorly I put an amethyst in their water dispenser and he has been really well since then.

I also have a crystal grid for weight loss, but not sure if I'm doing it right as I've only recently set it up. xx

I would definitely look off with 3 dogs in there 😂😂 Puppy would fit very nicely in my cleavage though 😂😂😱

So i've had a quick look and from a reiki crystal.point of view i dont think it matter which order the stones go in, just the shape of the grid. this is a link to what i have just read. I don't know if its different to what you have or follow but thought it might help 😊

I touched on grids in reiki level 2 but didn't go on to level 3 which goes into more detail.

I still think i prefer to dowse my crystals with a pendulum crystal each morning and put the ones chosen plus a clear quarts in my bra. I just have to remember to take them out before taking it off as its a front loader 😲😁 .
