Hi All, joined up on Monday though I started by myself 1st May 21, I’ve a goal of 80lbs to lose and have lost 20 so far. I get overwhelmed thinking about how many lbs to go so have joined here for some virtual support and to read of others journeys ideas and tips. I’m trying to break it up into little goals which so far is going ok and my first big goal is 21lbs to get 10% of starting weight so hoping to hit that at Monday’s weigh in. Also want to stop smoking but that’s another story for another day 😊

Well done on the weight you have already lost, it can't have been easy doing it on your own. I tend to think that a major component of any diet is support. You will also find that giving support to others is very satisfying and will help with your own weight loss journey. Wishing you the best of luck.

Well done on the weight loss I definitely think these groups help. I was a heavy 118kg when started my weight loss journey. Now a healthy 84.kg with a lot more energy and a lot slimmer and lighter. Now get people saying I’ve lost too much weight,usually from overweight people. !!
Keep it up. Always such a good feeling seeing the weight drop off.
