Hi everyone. I have just joined up and plan to start tomorrow. I'm going to go and get weighed to see exactly where I am. I'm determined to do this before it gets completely out of hand.

Gabrielgabriela, try and change just a few things at a time that way you're not having to battle with yourself. Soon the little changes become the norm and you can make more changes and before you know it, it all adds up.

Thanks for the welcome. I have been browsing on My fitness pal to and as much as it's inspirational I do find it a little inspirational. The tracking app was good when I used last time.

Boredom is my problem with eating so need to find things to keep me occupied. If only the weather was a little better and I could get the veg patch sorted without sinking into mud.

Hi I've just joined up too, and plan to start straight away, I've tried dieting programmes before but have had a poor success rate as have little motivation so hoping this one works for me. I have poly-cystic ovaries and have found it hard to keep the weight off since having my children but ideally need to lose around 3 stone for my right bmi. Fingers crossed and good luck to all x

Hi I start tomorrow too and like you I am determined to do this I have messed around too long and I now weigh more than ever. I want to go on a cruise this time next year and I want to feel and look good . I have 5st to lose so here goes

great goal mine is 3 stone by August. Since it has taken me 6 months to DIY the hall I hope I can be more motivated to loss the weight
