Thanks for the welcome. I have been browsing on My fitness pal to and as much as it's inspirational I do find it a little inspirational. The tracking app was good when I used last time.
Boredom is my problem with eating so need to find things to keep me occupied. If only the weather was a little better and I could get the veg patch sorted without sinking into mud.
Hi I've just joined up too, and plan to start straight away, I've tried dieting programmes before but have had a poor success rate as have little motivation so hoping this one works for me. I have poly-cystic ovaries and have found it hard to keep the weight off since having my children but ideally need to lose around 3 stone for my right bmi. Fingers crossed and good luck to all x
