I have not posted for a while now (it’s been actually 4 months! 🥴)
I know I can talk here in all honesty…. But I felt ashamed!
I have been on a plateau for the last 4 months, between 11.2 and 11.4 and it doesn’t budge!
I did not want to update every week saying it’s not moving, did not feel great about myself so did not want to share that to anyone so I stopped the weigh in.
Why now you will think?
I am arriving to my 1 year anniversary journey since I started and thought you all would find the right word and help me with my motivation.
I really want to reach my next goal of 10st.
I try to kept myself busy and active in those last few months with volunteering in baking for food bank or vaccination centre while still doing the farm and my 80% part time job.
But nothing really help!
Please send me your good vibes and advices ❤️❤️❤️

Welcome back, great to see you again and MASSIVE well done for not gaining for the last 4 months ! What plan do you follow? Have you checked your calorie intake on the nhs bmi calculator lately? x
I am still doing the calories counting and I am at 1350 calories a day. I think I will have a look again on where I need to Improve and if I need to go lower maybe for a couple of weeks. x
If you're on a low level of calories like that and haven't seen any movement for four months, maybe you need to switch from calorie counting and try a different approach.

You have done so well to keep it off all that time and it is tempting not to post when you aren't losing but we are all here to support you. Believe in yourself and you can reach your next goal 😀
HI EllaS2020 well done for taking the plunge to come back onto the site. My weight has been yo-yoing within half a stone over the last 6 months, so I can definitely empathise with you😊’A change is as good as a rest’ so the saying goes, so have a good look around on the site to see what you think might work for you. Good luck💐
